Festival Dates: Labor Day 8/31-9/2, Pumpkin Patch Festival 10/5-10/7, Fall Fest 10/12-10/13
2 and 3 night minimums stays may be required on holiday and festival weekends

Stays of Five (5) or more nights receive a 5% discount.

Stays of Seven (7) or more nights receive a 7% discount.

For guests 60 years & older a 5% discount is available 5/4/12 thru 6/28/12,
weekdays only 9/4/12 - 10/11/12 and daily 10/14/12 thru 10/28/12

Deposit: 50 percent of your entire stay is required within 3 - 5 days of making reservations if by Check. Credit Card Deposits are charged within 24 Hours of making reservations. The balance is due at check-in. Your deposit is refunded if you notify us at least 14 days before your arrival date less a $15 service fee. If early departure occurs, rent for remaining nights will NOT be refunded. No shows - deposits will be forfeited. Visa - MasterCard - Discover - Personal or Cashier Check Sales Tax of 5.5% and County Room Tax of 5.5% will be added to Room rates
